Business Need

The client needed to evolve their digital platform into a more modular and flexible architecture to serve diverse industries, while improving delivery quality and operational efficiency through better team structures and standardized development processes.

Challenge

The organization lacked standardized engineering practices, which led to inconsistent team performance, long diagnostic and resolution times, and difficulties scaling product delivery. Initial development was handled by fragmented teams without unified processes.

Solution

We started with a 5-person agile team and quickly scaled to 18 specialists organized in two module teams. Together, we co-developed a new platform version with a modular architecture, implemented team and process standardization, and introduced a streamlined development process. This resulted in zero-defect releases, diagnosis time reduced from days to hours, and significantly improved mean time to repair (MTTR)—all while maintaining high agility and delivery performance.
