One source of truth: data consolidation at scale for a global FMCG leader

Business Need

Allow the company to consolidate information from many different systems, including SAP, into one normalized Azure repository, in order to have a consolidated view of information for the decision-making process through the use of Microsoft’s Azure, Power BI and Machine Learning Studio.

Solution

An ETL solution was developed to gather information from 7 different SAP systems and other systems.
The solution was delivered using a SAAS model (Software as a Service)
Azure services like data storage, integration services, machine learning and Power BI were selected
Cresteo Provides Prediction experiments on demand.
A user interface for data visualization presents historical data and predictions on PBI dashboards
